Kokoro Barista School — Education & Skill Development Center at Dumas, Surat

Kokoro Barista School is the training and education arm of Kokoro, established as a social impact enterprise and a center of excellence for coffee education. The school serves a dual purpose: it creates structured career pathways for aspiring baristas while also functioning as the primary training hub for Kokoro's internal teams and partner cafes.

In collaboration with the Coffee Board of India and supported by Shakti Foundation, Kokoro Barista School provides a strong foundation for accessible and high-quality coffee education. With affiliation to some of the country's leading SCA Authorized Specialty coffee Trainers, the school offers internationally recognized courses aligned with global standards.

Backed by a dedicated in-house permanent training team, the focus remains on hands-on learning, operational consistency, and real-world café skills. Through education, mentorship, and infrastructure-led support, Kokoro Barista School strengthens workforce empowerment and contributes meaningfully to India's evolving specialty coffee ecosystem.

Our Curriculum

Partnership
